The Mouse
The head was a GeoSphere that I converted to editable mesh and pulled some vertices here and there...

Then I applied an UVW map (plane) on it, like in the picture below, and used a bitmap I prepared earlier in Photoshop in the Diffuse Map.

The eyes were made in a similar way, but I used a Gradient map instead of a bitmap in their material Diffuse map.

The ears I made by making some noise on a flat box, converting it to editable mesh, pulling some vertices and then bending it and pulling some vertices again.

Legs and arms were made by connecting some boxes and MeshSmoothing them. (a very common technic)
