Autodesk Subscription is being enhanced with a number of valuable benefits and services. Among other things listed n the subscription newsletter we read:
Flexible use of previous versions
In response to customer requests, Autodesk Subscription customers may now use previous versions of their covered software under certain circumstances. The updated terms and conditions explain these new rights.
Web support is now included with most Subscription contracts
Autodesk Subscription added an enhanced web support offering. The new terms and conditions outline the service level agreement and other aspects of the web support offering.
Improved e-Learning
This improved feature provides Autodesk Subscription customers with self-paced, online training for many products.
