The first thing was to search the net for reference images about the Shaolin temple and monks. After I found what I was looking for I began the modeling with the head.
I attached the ears of my first shaolin character to this one. A little time saving. :) After the head was done, I continued with the body. Simply modeled to the head.
 The hands were attached later....they are from shaolin monk 1.0 as well.
 After I decided how the cloth will be created I knew how the model should be built. So the socks were part of the body model.
