Step 5: Head
Re-size your document to 2500*2983 pixels in order to paint the face. If your computer is too slow in this resolution you can cut out the head, past it into another document and then scale it up.
 
Left: rough head; right: the colours for the lips are not in the palette
  
Left: more details; middle: more shadow and light midtones added, still using the 3 brightes colours in my palette; right: working on the neck
