Select the red polygons.
Make an extrusion and then at the end a click extrusion
Make a click extrusion and than bevel the polygons down. Now extrude them a bit and make again a click extrusion.
Now extrude a bit the polygons ( check always the tutorial pictures !!!).
Select the red vetexes and scale them in only one direction. Now we have the final shape of the tap.
