There's just one thing I havent focused on yet, the marker. As you can see it was just two boxes with a texture I made in Photoshop. I searched in my home for some images containing markers and I found one on Adobe Premiere's Manual, so I made one like it.
 
Well I think this is preety much it. The only thing left to say is to add reflects on all shining surfaces and to add some spheres inside the water for the bubbles, with diferent IOR from the water.
