Gateway currently isn't doing so well. If your thinking of buying a new machine, it might be a better idea to go with some other sources. Looks like gateway's idea to open up thousands of retail stores wasn't a very good one.

Northwood vs the Athlon 2000+ XP. Too little too late. Lets hope the next major chip release from intel is actually faster then their budget line.
