Now lets make some eye details...you can see I've selected the polygons around the eye. As I mentioned earlier you cannot directly cut edges within Lightwave, though thats not 100% true. You can cut them but only a whole line of them. If I select a circle row of polygons, bandsaw will cut a new line right in the middle. And the final result will get 4 sided polygons again. So remember use bandsaw only when you know where the cut will occur. 
As you can see I got a new circle of polygons and I used bandsaw again. The goal now is to create as many polygon circles for making good eyelids. I used bandsaw 2 more times and moved the new created vertices to make the eyes:  Ugly isnt it? I am sure there are better results if you are more skilled than me, but now I will do some lip cleanup by moving a few vertices around till the lips look okay.
