We have to animate the noise, for that you must set your animation time length to 450 frames.- go to "time configuration panel" and change the length value to 450.


Back to the scene and activate the "animate" button (max 4 and older) or if u are using max 5 or 6 ;) use "auto key" button.


Then go to the end of your time line, and change the noise modifier parameters to match the left image below. Now go back to the half way in your time line (frame 221) and set the values to match the image below to the right (do not deactivate the animate button) or "auto key" whichever:

It's time to create a camera so u can see your results more accurate. Deactivate the animate buton first, then in the create panel choose "cameras" buton and choose target camera:
