Click the "material 1" button and rename it "deep blue". For this material we are going to use a default "blinn" shader and give it the following values: specular level: 134, glossiness: 49, soften: 0.1
Now we are going to create a fall-off map for the difuse map of our material like this:
..and use the following colors: A) R:0; G:65; B:67 , B) R:0; G:44; B:59
Then click the "go parent" buttuon to return to tha material options, then go to the maps menu and click on the bump map and choose "smoke" from the window that appears.
