Go to forces and choose �follow the path�, put the icon near the particle system and join it by �bind the space warps� , click the icon and dragging to the particle icon.
 
Now click �pick shape�, in the basic parameters of �Follow the path�,and select the spline, your snow should look like the one in the image:
