In the edit mesh choose faces, select the face and detach it. Repeat the command for the legs, the jacket and the cap (134-135-136).
Now give the right colour and material you want(look at the maps enclosed)
At the end your mesh looks like that. Go to the legs and increase the details by using the �cut� command.
Hands
Build a box and increase the segment to create the hands. Use the sub object mode to create the fingers(extrude, bevel) now move the vertex to position the fingers. Apply the mesh smooth to the object.
